Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is controversial thanks to the several live-service elements that it has baked into the game, but with a recent delay fans are wondering: is Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League removing microtransactions?
Will Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League remove controversial elements?
According to veteran insider and journalist Jason Schreier, Rocksteady isn’t currently looking to remove any of the controversial elements from Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, with the delay acting more as a time to refine the game. Schreier stated on Twitter that:
Rocksteady has not yet announced the Suicide Squad delay, perhaps because there's still no new date. Staff were told a few weeks ago it's coming later this year but they still don't know when. Possible it slips to 2024, but one thing seems certain: The core game isn't changing

It is worth noting though that Schreier also says that there is no internal release date currently, which means that Rocksteady could be looking to follow through on fan feedback and push the game back to next year to remove any controversial elements from the title.
